Author Guidelines

Please consider the following instructions before submitting your paper to the journal system.

Format

  • Language: British English.
  • Word Limit: The entire manuscript should not exceed 7,500 words (excluding references).
  • Title: Maximum 50 words, capitalize each word, center alignment, bold, Times New Roman, size 14.
  • Text font: Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Abstract Word Limit: Maximum 750 words.
  • References Style: Vancouver.
  • Manuscripts should be typed on one side of the paper in a 1-column format with single line spacing.

Structure

Generally, authors can organize their research article’s structure based on the specifics of their research design and findings. Standard sections include: Title, Address, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. These can be adapted as needed.

Cover Letter

Authors are required to upload a separate Cover Letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. The cover letter should: (download cover letter format ) doc. or PDF file

  • Briefly introduce the manuscript and its significance.
  • Confirm that the manuscript is original and not submitted elsewhere.
  • Mention any conflicts of interest or special considerations.

Title

Maximum 50 words, capitalize each word, center alignment, bold, Times New Roman, size 14.

Authorship

Include the full name(s) of the author(s), the address of the institute(s)/organization(s), and the corresponding author's address with an e-mail and ORCID link: https://orcid.org/xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Abstract

We recommend structuring the abstract into distinct sections: background/objective, methods, results, and conclusion.

Keywords

Provide 3-5 keywords to aid indexing and searchability.

Tables and Figures

  • Use Times New Roman, size 10 for English, and Traditional Arabic, size 12 for Arabic.
  • High-quality images required.
  • Figures from MS Office applications should be supplied in native formats; non-MS Office images should be JPEG, min 300 dpi.

Acknowledgments

Only acknowledge scientific, financial, and technical assistance, not routine departmental or secretarial support.

Conflict of Interest

Disclose all relationships or interests. If none, include:

"The authors declare no conflicts of interest related to this study."

Publication Ethics

The editorial board monitors for misconduct, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication. COPE recommendations are followed for suspected cases.

Language Editing

Authors may use language editing services, but peer review is independent of editing.

References

Follow Vancouver style. In-text citations should use square brackets [1]. Use Mendeley for reference management.

Additional Policies

  • Plagiarism Policy: Turnitin similarity index should be less than 20%.
  • Digital Archiving: Articles archived by PKP Preservation Network, DOI assigned via Crossref.
  • Copyright Notice: Journal retains full copyright. Creative Commons Attribution applies.
  • Peer Review Policy: All papers reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, following double-anonymous policy.
  • Fees: No submission/review/publication fees. Language revision mandatory if required. Additional fees for excess text length.
