Abstract

In this paper, the effect of building loads on the stability of slopes was analyzed through three dimensions of the numerical model. Various load pressures that include 120KPa, 200 KPa, and 300KPa were applied to a specified slope model about geometric and mechanical characteristics. The analysis was performed using FLAC3D software for displacement, strain, as well as the safety of the tunnel. The following conclusions can be drawn from the conclusions as they show a strong correlation between different loads and the distances from the shoulder of the slope to determine the stability of the slope and also is valuable information as far as engineering is concerned.
